Outcome CommentThe GMCAC completed its work and terminated November 22, 2013. Leveraging resources and sharing information and technology was a significant outcome. Because no single agency or level of government has the technical or financial resources or the legal mandate to address the spectrum of environmental and public health issues facing the Gulf of Mexico, the GMCAC was a collaborative effort of key stakeholders that shared significant interests in coastal and marine resources and addressed environmental problems within a broader regional and national context.Number Of Grants Recommended
