The comprehensive plan will include the River Conservation Plan of 1987 and an Addendum, now in final draft form, which incorporates the existing Town of Jackson plan for private and municipal land and additional guidelines for managing the Wildcat River. The Addendum to the Wildcat River Conservation Plan of 1987, when completed, will be published in the Federal Register.
