How does cmte accomplish its purpose?*	The committee will institutionalize and streamline the process for input and feedback between members of the small business lending ecosystem on SBA policies, regulations, and programs.
How is membership balanced?*	Membership was balanced upon inception and will be balance annually.
How frequent & relevant are cmte mtgs?*	The committee will meet at least three (3) times per year.
Why advice can't be obtained elsewhere?*	The advice of the committee cannot be obtained elsewhere due to the interrelated nature of lenders, small businesses, and agencies involved in the small business ecosystem engender a potential perceived conflict of interest were those lenders and small businesses to be given an unregulated and private venue to influence the polices of SBA. The regulation and structure of the Federal Advisory Committee Act create a transparent space where the appearance of potential illicit influence can be dispelled through transparency and provides statutory safeguards and accountability.
