How does cmte accomplish its purpose?*	Although the committee did not meet in FY 2019, prior to that time committee members attended meetings, typically quarterly, to discuss issues pertinent to the restoration of the Trinity River fishery resources, and made use of other related forums and information sources. The committee provided policy and management recommendations and advice to the Trinity Management Council (TMC) on (1) the effectiveness of management actions in achieving restoration goals and alternative hypotheses (strategies and methods) for study, (2) the priority for restoration projects, (3) funding priorities, and (4) other components of the Trinity River Restoration Plan (TRRP).
How is membership balanced?*	Membership included stakeholders and agencies with an interest and a commitment to implementation of the TRRP. The members were senior representatives of their respective constituent groups with knowledge of the TRRP as well as the Adaptive Environmental Assessment and Management Program. The Secretary appointed Working Group members that represent Trinity County residents, landowners, government, and businesses; recreational and commercial fishermen; recreational and commercial boaters; public power utilities; agriculture; forestry; mining; ranching; public trust interests; resource conservation and environmental advocates; and Federal agencies with responsibilities in the Trinity River Basin.

Why advice can't be obtained elsewhere?*	The committee was identified in the Implementation Plan for the Trinity River Restoration Program as an important component of the Adaptive Environmental Assessment and Management organization structure. This Plan was sanctioned in the Record of Decision signed by the Secretary of the Interior in December 2000.

Agency Feedback Comment*	The Designated Federal Officer, Trinity River Restoration Program representatives, and TMC chair provided the committee with feedback regarding actions that implemented recommendations by communicating progress with the TAMWG.	Narrative Description*	The Trinity Adaptive Management Working Group engaged a diverse array of partners and stakeholders to address restoration of the Trinity River's fish, wildlife, and plants and their habitats.
