How does cmte accomplish its purpose?*	The committee review and make recommendations of projects to the DFO.
How is membership balanced?*	The committee membership is balanced with representation from all three required categories from various user groups.
How frequent & relevant are cmte mtgs?*	The committee generally will meet 1-3 times per year as needed to perform its duties, budget availability or as often as needed. There are years where the committee will not meet if the budget doesn't support project recommendations.
Why advice can't be obtained elsewhere?*	The committee is necessary to meet the requirement of the SRS Title II payments to States authorization and make recommendations to the DFO on projects consistent with the intent of SRS authorization
Why close or partially close meetings?	All meetings are open to the public.
Recommendation Remarks	In FY 2025, the Chippewa NF RAC didn't have any meetings as all the committee members appointments expired. The outreach and nomination process will start the fall 2025.
