How does cmte accomplish its purpose?*The Committee drew upon on the expertise of its members and other sources to provide advice and recommendations to NASA on developing a new launch system and crew exploration vehicle to provide transportation to and beyond low Earth orbit. Any subcommittees and/or task forces to be established to conduct special studies were to report their findings and recommendations to the Committee.
