How does cmte accomplish its purpose?*	The committee provided input on concerns of interest to small business owners in their communities. They also advised the Agency on program changes.
How is membership balanced?*	The membership was diverse, representing Federal and State Government agencies, lending institutions, and small business owners including owners representing new markets.
How frequent & relevant are cmte mtgs?*	Meetings were held semi-annual to gain input on ways SBA could meet local needs and improve program delivery. Committee also advised SBA on the achievement of goals and on the marketing of agency programs.
Why advice can't be obtained elsewhere?*	The Advisory Council appears to have outlived its usefulness and consideration is being given to its termination.
Why close or partially close meetings?	All meetings were open to the public.
Recommendation Remarks	Council is in-active and the District Office would like to disband it.
