How is membership balanced?*	Members include bankers, business owners with different backgrounds, and non-profit agencies and organizations with compatible purposes, as well as a mix of men and women and minority groups.
How frequent & relevant are cmte mtgs?*	There were no meetings held during FY 2001 or 2003.
