How does cmte accomplish its purpose?*	The Advisory Council provides for the input of business community views to senior SBA management. They also assist in promoting SBA programs in their respective communities nd help identify qualified nominees for our Small Business Week Awards.
How is membership balanced?*	We try to have a balanced membership between small business owners, small business advocates and the lending community.
How frequent & relevant are cmte mtgs?*	The committee was terminated on May 3, 2004.
Why advice can't be obtained elsewhere?*	Advisory Council meetings provide an opportunity for our different busines communities to meet with us directly. And the Councils outreach efforts on behalf of SBA's Small Business Week activities are critical in providing coverage throughout a large district territory.
Why close or partially close meetings?	All committee meetings are open to the public.
