How does cmte accomplish its purpose?*	SOCAC accomplishes its purpose by meeting at least twice a year to discuss taskings, review recommendation and status reports. Minutes are taken at these meetings and are part of the public record.
How is membership balanced?*	The SOCAC membership composition was provided in the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018.
