Why advice can't be obtained elsewhere?*The RAC is necessary to improve collaborative relationships among the people that use and care for the National Forests and to provide advice and recommendations to the Forest Service concerning projects and funding consistent with Title II of the Act.
Why close or partially close meetings? All meetings are open to the public.
Recommendation RemarksThe committee met once in FY2025, on 1/22/2025, and recommended funding for 13 projects. If more SRS funding appears they are ready to invite proposals, meet again, and make new recommendations.
